Refund Policy

1. Digital Service Nature
CareerKitAI provides high-touch, customized professional services. Unlike physical goods, the primary value delivered is intellectual labor and expertise. Therefore, we maintain a clear refund policy to protect our consultants' time.
2. "Work Started" Policy
No refunds will be issued once work has officially started on your order.
Work is considered "started" if any of the following have occurred:
- The secure intake form has been submitted with your CV and job targets.
- A technical ATS diagnostic of your documents has been initiated.
- An expert consultant has been assigned to your project queue.
- The initial consultation or briefing period has concluded.
3. Revisions & Disputes
While refunds are not provided for work in progress, we guarantee satisfaction through our revision policy:
- Revisions must be requested within 7 days of initial draft delivery.
- Revisions are limited to the scope defined in the original package.
- If a client is unsatisfied after all revision cycles, a case-by-case review will be conducted by senior management.
4. Technical & Payment Errors
Duplicate charges or clear technical errors in the payment process will be refunded in full if reported within 24 hours of the transaction. Contact support@careerkitai.com for assistance.
